Many regions of New Zealand are experiencing a shortage of quality properties on the market for sale.

Rural and Lifestyle properties are in demand as are Residential properties, across the nation.

Immigration is at record levels, this is having more of an effect in the Auckland region as many settle in the big smoke, obviously for employment reasons.

As people move into Auckland we are finding people are moving out of Auckland to more affordable regions.  Often still within close proximity of Auckland eg Waikato / Bay of Plenty / Northland.

These regions offer in some cases family homes for less than it costs to build them.  At some stage in the future these regions must see some capital gain, as the cost of transport and building is on the way up, not down.

Thinking of moving out of Auckland there is no better time to sell with high prices and high demand.  You then have the opportunity to capitalise on the affordable home of your choice.
